Orange City Council is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Casual Community Development and Support Workers.

 What You'll Do

  • Assist in delivering programs and events across youth, ageing, Aboriginal, migrant, and disability support services
  • Support food service activities like meal packing and delivery
  • Provide practical help and build rapport with diverse community groups
  • Maintain records and perform general admin tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with diverse groups which may include youth, older people, people with disabilities, and culturally diverse communities
  • A current Class C Driver’s Licence
  • The ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check / Working with Children Check (as required)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
