About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of complex projects and providing senior leadership, governance oversight and assurance across Council’s project portfolio including, mentoring and technical oversight to the Project team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience in project delivery and contract management
- Degree in Civil Engineering, or a relevant Degree in a related field
- Diploma in Project Management or tertiary qualifications in Project Management leading to registration as a Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP) with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in budget management, tenders, and contracts.
