About the role

This role is designed to undertake training through a Traineeship agreement, and work with a team to assist in the provision of a safe, stimulating, healthy and caring education and care service which fosters and maximizes each child’s individual development potential. You will do this by working with a team in the provision of an education and care service in line with the approved plan. You will also be enrolled and must complete a Diploma of Education and Care over the course of two years.

These positions will either be based at Spring Street, Yarrawong or Courallie Park Preschool and Early Education Centres.

So what do you need?

  • An understanding of children and their needs, and an interest in the education and care industry
  • Ability to successfully enrol and complete a Diploma of Education and Care
  • Working with Children Check Clearance (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Ability to maintain a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence
